So it's been a crazy summer to say the least. I've been so busy with family stuff, book signings, book blog tours, and keeping my son busy and entertained that I haven't had time to blog. But, never fear! I am back from the abyss of summer, and not only have I read some great books this summer that I want to review, but I've got some fantastic ideas for Writing Gems I'll be posting soon.
Most importantly, I am officially back to work on Book 2 in the Cobbogoth series. I was able to get some editing done here and there, but only made it through the first 100 pages this summer. That being said, it was enough to wet my appetite and I've been chomping at the bit for school to start so I could get cranking through this baby!
And, so here we are! I just wanted to let you all know that I didn't die over the last three months. After releasing Uncovering Cobbogoth this spring and all the hullabaloo that goes with that, I wanted/needed to put writing aside for the most part and just focus solely on my family and a few other things that got put on the back burner while all of that excitingness was going on.
In the meantime, I've got a few cool things coming up this week! Three book signings, to be exact.
|Me and some of my lovely family who came to see me at Sandy Costco! I love them all so much!|
Thursday: I'll be signing at the Spanish Fork Costco from 11-2
Friday: I'll be signing at the Sandy Costco from 11-2
Saturday: I'll be signing at the So. Ogden Costco from 12-3
So come by and see me!!! And thanks to all who dropped by to see me at the Sandy Costco this Saturday! It was tons of fun and every time I do a signing, I'm always amazed at the kindness and enthusiasm of strangers.
All in all, it's great to be back!
Until next time!
